Impact and Results
We are a recently constituted organisation. We do not present inflated numbers. What we present here is what we can verify — and how we intend to measure progress as the association grows.
ⓘ The project is currently in its development and consolidation phase. The data and indicators presented reflect the objectives and structure of the first year of activity.
Evaluation methodology
At individual level
Each participant in our structured programmes (hippotherapy and social inclusion) receives an individual intervention plan with specific, measurable objectives. Progress is recorded after each session and reviewed formally at six-week intervals. Families and referring professionals receive structured progress reports.
The outcome indicators we track vary by programme but typically include: functional progress on stated objectives, attendance consistency, and qualitative observation of behavioural and relational change.
At programme level
Each programme cycle produces a summary report documenting the number of participants, session hours delivered, objective completion rates and recommendations for the next cycle. These reports are the basis of our internal quality review.
Annual impact report: An independent review of our first full year of operation (2025–2026) is planned for publication in the Transparency section of this website. This will include programme-level data, financial overview and governance summary.
For funding bodies: Detailed session logs, objective tracking records and outcome summaries are available on request for current grant applications or due diligence processes. Contact info@riendasdeesperanza.org. We respond within five working days.
Objectives for 2026
These are the targets we have set ourselves for the current operational year. We publish them here because we believe accountability includes stating intentions, not only reporting outcomes.
Reach stable weekly admission across all four programmes, with clear waiting list management and referral protocols in place.
Complete and publish the first annual impact report, covering the 2025–2026 operational year, on the Transparency page.
Formalise cooperation agreements with at least one public administration body and one third-sector organisation in South Tenerife.
Implement a standardised outcome measurement framework across all structured programmes, enabling year-on-year comparison.
